Visiting my studio will give you a glimpse into the process of painting and printmaking with encaustic.
I will be demonstrating both processes throughout the tour. You will be walking into a working artist studio, not a staged event. Messiness might be involved.
My display will present both prints and paintings that I have created over time and also attempt to share the varied possibilities for framing and presenting encaustic works in your home as well as public spaces.
Finally, for a $10 donation to Northwind Art participants will have a chance to pull and matt a unique encaustic print. Who can resist?
